As the page says: "No personal data is included — just app events and any errors." Type what went wrong in the "Optional: describe what went wrong" box first if you can — it helps a lot. The button confirms "**Diagnostics sent ✓**". - **On-device console** — flips on an in-page developer console "for troubleshooting on phones (where there's no desktop inspector)", usually with support on the line. You can also open it by adding \`?debug=1\` to the app's address.
