Point it at any project and the whole cutup tree builds itself. This chapter covers picking, building, and sharing definitions. ### Recipe vs Data Keep the two halves straight and everything else falls into place: - The **project** is the **data,** the games and plays. - The **definition** is the **recipe,** the rules that organize them. One definition works across every project. Break down Week 4 with your "Base  Offense" recipe, then open Week 5 and the same recipe builds the same tree from the new film. Switching definitions rebuilds the tree instantly from plays already loaded, no re-download. Definitions belong to your film platform (your integration), not to a team or a project.
